No prior notice is required.
Send your item directly with a written note specifying the desired repair service (e.g., re-dyeing, rubber replacement).
Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
Please send your Yakusugi Bead Bracelet or Yakusugi Bead Bracelet+ to us. After inspecting its condition, we will send you an estimate and invoice via email using the Square payment system.
If there are no issues, please proceed with the payment through the Square link provided in the email. Your order will be considered confirmed once the payment has been received.
※ Please note that emails may not be delivered properly to mobile phone email addresses.
※ We do not send payment confirmation emails.
Basic Fees (excluding tax)
Re-dyeing (not available for "+" type): ¥500
Rubber replacement: Free
Hemp oil application: Free
Bead replacement: ¥500 per bead
Bead replacement (for "+" type): ¥700 per bead
*Shipping and tax will be charged separately.
Shipping Fee: Flat rate ¥420(in Japan)
(via Kuroneko Koneko delivery service, subject to change)

Important Notes / Risks
If there are any cracks in the beads, they may break during the dyeing or drying process. In such cases, you will need to purchase replacement beads.

事前のご連絡は不要です。ご希望のリペア内容（染め直し、ゴム交換など）をご明記の上、直接ご送付ください。なお、お問い合わせをいただいても、すぐにお返事ができない場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
Yakusugi bead bracelet または Yakusugi bead bracelet+ をお送りいただき、状態を確認の上、Square決済システムを通じてメールにて見積書兼請求書をお送りいたします。内容に問題がなければ、メールに記載のSquare決済よりお支払いください。ご入金をもって正式なご発注とさせていただきます。
